Born from Heather Appert’s lived experience, Narrative Alchemists™ is both a practice and a path, grounded in the belief that transformation is our birthright.

Heather discovered that the goal is not to erase the past or endlessly analyze it. It is to recognize the old stories that quietly shape how we react, protect, and choose. When we understand where a pattern came from and why it formed, we can begin to separate what belongs to the past from what is actually happening now.

From there, we get to choose. We can align with our current values, beliefs, boundaries, and hard earned wisdom, giving the nervous system new evidence that another way is possible.

Heather created Narrative Alchemists™ to help women from all walks of life since we share our humanness, to become their own Narrative Alchemists™, using the past as intel rather than instruction and moving forward with greater clarity, agency, connection, and peace.
